By joining Paradise FC, players and their families agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a positive, supportive club culture.
Parents and guardians play a vital role in supporting our young players. We expect:

Pay Registration Fees
Youth Players: $50 Registration + $65 BFA Insurance + $90 Term Fee = $205 Total on joining. Then $90 per term thereafter (3 terms per year). Insurance renews every January.
Senior Males: $300 annually or $25/month
Player Agreements
Sign and complete any player agreement documents before start of domestic league
Submission: Completed forms can be submitted via email to paradisefootballclubinc@gmail.com or delivered in person to the necessary club representative.
By participating with Paradise FC, players grant the Club, Barbados Football Association (BFA), CONCACAF, and FIFA the right to photograph, record, film, and capture your image, likeness, name, voice, and playing performance during training sessions, matches, and club-related activities.
Important: These rights apply during and after your time with the club. By registering and participating, you consent to these uses of your image and likeness.
Participation in football activities is entirely at the player's own risk. Players should notify coaching staff of any injuries or medical conditions. The Club takes reasonable steps to provide a safe training environment, but cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during participation.
Annual club fees (BBD $300 or $25/month for senior teams) are a subsidy toward operational expenses that keep Paradise FC running smoothly and professionally.

If the Club permits participation without full payment during the season, any outstanding balance must be settled prior to: (1) Transfer to another club, or (2) Issuance of clearance or release documentation.
Paradise FC maintains a fair and consistent approach to discipline. Violations of club policies may result in:
Verbal warning, written warning, temporary suspension from training
Match suspension, extended training suspension, mandatory meeting with leadership
Season suspension, permanent expulsion from the club
Note: All disciplinary actions are reviewed by club leadership and take into account the nature of the violation, player history, and circumstances. Players and parents have the right to appeal decisions through the proper channels.
